What can be added to a build, and how it's priced
Two Scoops Web offers two add-ons to a build, website content writing and migration, and quotes each one before you sign.
Neither one has a set price. How much research and writing a business needs changes from one to the next, so we find out first and then give you a number. Migration starts with a free look at the site you have now. Your package price stays the same either way. An add-on is its own quote on top.
Two things you might expect to pay extra for already come with every build. We write up what you tell us on the video call. And every page address on your old site points to its new page.
A few things cost more later. Pages or a blog added after launch get a quote first. Coverage stays at 24 pages after launch too, and a site that needs more is Custom.

Do I need website content writing?
Website content writing from Two Scoops Web is research and writing on top of the write-up of your video call that every build includes, quoted per project before you sign.
Every build starts with a recorded video call and a short form. We write up what you tell us, and you approve it. If that covers your pages, the words are done.
Content writing is for when you want more. We work out what your pages should say and which questions they should answer, then we write them. That can be new pages, or a rewrite of the words on your current site.
The facts still come from you, on the call and the form. We find the words. You approve them and confirm the facts are true. We only write for sites we're building.

Moving your content off your old site
Migration is the Two Scoops Web add-on that moves the words and photos worth keeping from your current site into your new build, quoted after a free look.
The free look needs only your site's address. Then you get a quote. If you go ahead, we sort out what's worth keeping, and you approve the list before anything moves. Every site has its own mix of pages, photos and forms, which is why moving one has no fixed price.
Rather move it yourself? Send us an export of your current site, where your platform offers one, and your package price stays fixed.

What we won't add
Two Scoops Web doesn't build online stores or work on the site you have now.
We don't build online stores on any build. If you need one, we can point you to someone who builds them. A link to a tool you already use, like your checkout or booking page, comes with every build.
Hooking your site up to the software you run your business on is Custom work. Some of it can be done and some can't, and we find out which while we scope it.
We won't work on your current site where it is. We'll move your content off it.
