What this site collects
Two Scoops Web asks for personal details on twoscoopsweb.com in one place, the Start a build form, and gets only what you type in and send.
You don't have to give anything to read the site. There's no account to make and no pop-up asking for your email. The form asks for your name, your email and a few lines about your business and your site. Your business name is optional, and the package can stay on "Not sure yet."
There's also a hidden box that people never see. Spam bots fill it in, and when it's filled, nothing gets sent. That's every field on the form.
What happens to a message you send
A message sent through the Start a build form on twoscoopsweb.com goes by email to hello@twoscoopsweb.com, and Two Scoops Web doesn't save a copy on the site.
The form sends your message through Resend, an email service, to our inbox. Your email address goes in as the reply-to, so when we hit reply, it comes straight back to you. We use what you send to answer you and, if you want one, set up a video call about your site.
Resend keeps a copy for 30 days. Our email provider keeps it in our inbox. Past that, we don't pass it to anyone else, and we don't sell it. You can skip the form and email hello@twoscoopsweb.com yourself. It lands in the same inbox.
No cookies, no analytics
Two Scoops Web sets no cookies and runs no analytics script on any page of twoscoopsweb.com that a visitor reads.
There's no cookie banner because there's nothing for it to ask about. Every file these pages load, fonts and pictures included, comes from this site, so your browser doesn't call Google or anyone else while you read. Reading the site saves nothing in your browser, either. The one exception is the sign-in page we use to edit the site. It isn't for visitors. Opening it loads files from the company that makes our editor, and signing in saves your sign-in and settings in your browser.
One company does see your visit: Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps a log of the requests your browser makes. Vercel doesn't set a cookie or run a script on our pages either.

It's the same inbox the Start a build form sends to, so a question from either place reaches us. Ask in your own words. There's no special form for it and no reference number to quote.
Ask, and we'll delete your messages, except anything we have to keep because of a signed contract or invoice. Resend keeps its copy for 30 days either way.
