Two Scoops Web

Packages

Website design prices, package by package

Two Scoops Web builds websites at three fixed prices: Discovery at $1,500, Publisher at $3,500 and Coverage at $6,500. Care, where we look after the site, is $100 to $200 a month.

Custom isn't in the table, because we quote it from a build plan written for your project.

What's in every package

Every Two Scoops Web build includes home, about, contact, terms and privacy pages, two rounds of changes, your words written up from a video call, and a site that search engines and AI tools can read.

  • Where your calls come from

You can see where your calls and form fills come from.

  • Fast and secure

Your site is fast and secure, and it doesn't run on WordPress. With Care, the security updates are ours to handle.

  • Your old links still work

If you have a site now, links to your old pages land on the right new page.

  • Keeping it online

It runs about $20 a month, separate from the build price and from Care. We set that up for you.

  • Taking your site elsewhere

If you ever decide to go it alone, we move everything to you or anyone you choose.

Will my website work with the booking tool I already use?

Every Two Scoops Web package includes a plain link to the booking, ordering or reservation page a business already uses.

You keep the tool you have. Your customers book or order the way they do now, and the button on your new site takes them straight to your page there.

A few of the tools that work this way:

  • Restaurants: OpenTable, Toast, Square
  • Salons and spas: Square Appointments, Vagaro, Fresha
  • Trades and home services: Jobber, Housecall Pro
  • Clinics and studios: Jane, Acuity Scheduling

If you use something else and your customers book on a page with its own web address, your site links to that too.

An AI assistant helping your customer can find that link and follow it, the same way a person would.

If you want more than a link, like the booking form on your own page or your menu pulled in from your tool, that's Custom. Some tools allow it and some don't, so we check yours when we scope it.

What no package includes

No Two Scoops Web package includes an online store or fixing the site you have now.

Hooking up the software you run your business on is Custom work. We scope it, some of it can be done and some can't, and the part that can goes in the quote. A link to your checkout or a pay button is included too.

Two things are add-ons, and we quote them before you sign. If you want research and writing beyond what you tell us on the call, that's content writing. If you want us to move your words and photos off your old site, we quote that after a free look.

How to choose a package

The right Two Scoops Web package comes down to how many pages your business needs and whether you'll write a blog.

Count the pages first. Discovery has 6 on top of the base five, Publisher has 12 and Coverage has 24. Coverage is for a business with something different to say about each town or service it covers. If you need more than 24 pages on top of the five every build has, we sort it out on our first call. We trim the list, some pages become blog posts, or it's Custom.

Then be honest about the blog. Publisher adds one, with an editor where you write your own posts. We'd only pick it if you'll use it.

Then think about Care. For $100 a month on Discovery, $150 on Publisher or $200 on Coverage, we look after your site for you. We check your site is running as it should and handle security updates. Each month, we make the changes you send us in one list, in one message. Without Care, we quote changes one at a time.

How buying works

Buying a Two Scoops Web build starts with a short form or an email and a video call, and the fixed price is paid in two halves.

  1. Tell us about your business.

Fill in the form at Start a build, or email hello@twoscoopsweb.com. We reply by email to set up a video call.

  2. Talk it through on a video call.

We work out which build fits and what goes in it, at the price on this page. If it's Custom, we scope it and write a build plan before we quote it.

  3. Get a contract and an invoice.

If you go ahead, we send both. You can pay the invoice by credit card or bank transfer.

  4. Pay the first half.

Half the price starts the build and holds your spot.

  5. Talk through your business on a second video call.

We record it and write it up for you to approve. On Coverage, there are two calls.

  6. Pay the balance.

Once you approve the draft, we build your site. The rest is due before it goes live.

If you cancel before the call where we gather your words, you get the first half back in full. After that call, it isn't refunded. On Coverage, that's the first of the two calls.

You can switch packages until then. Switching up costs the difference in price. If you switch down, your first half carries over, and anything above the new package's price comes back to you. After that call, the package is set.

Prices are in US dollars. Hawaii general excise tax is included in every price we charge, and there's no Canadian sales tax on the invoice.

Not sure which package fits?

Say so on the form, and we'll work it out on our first call.
