  1. 1A short form
  2. 2An email reply
  3. 3A video call

Or email hello@twoscoopsweb.com. It reaches the same inbox.

We reply here.

"Not sure yet" is a fine answer.

What you do and what you'd like the site to do. A few sentences is plenty. For Custom, a rough page count helps.

Pick a package

The right Two Scoops Web package comes down to how many pages your business needs and whether you'll write a blog. If your site needs more than 24 pages, or a setup the three builds don't cover, it's Custom.

Every build also gets home, about, contact, terms and privacy pages. Publisher adds a blog. We'd only pick it if you'll write the posts.

Can't tell yet? Pick "Not sure yet", and we'll work it out on the call.

What happens on the call

The Two Scoops Web scoping call is a video call, about 30 minutes, that works out which build fits your business and what goes in it.

You tell us what you do and what the site should do. We work out how many pages you need and whether a blog is worth your time. If Coverage fits, we make a first list of the 24 pages with you.

If it's Custom, the call is where scoping starts. We go through what the site needs to do, write a build plan and then give you a fixed quote. The scoping and the plan are free.

Writing up your words is part of the fixed price. If you want research and writing beyond what you tell us, we quote that before you sign. Moving your words and photos off your old site is quoted after a free look.

How the contract and invoice work

If you go ahead, Two Scoops Web emails you a contract and an invoice, and you pay the price in two halves: half to start, the balance before the site goes live.

The first half holds your spot, and you can pay by credit card or bank transfer. Custom works the same way, once you have the quote. Prices are in US dollars. Hawaii general excise tax is included in every price we charge, and there's no Canadian sales tax on the invoice.

If you cancel before the call where we gather your words, you get the first half back in full. After that call, it isn't refunded. On Coverage, that's the first of the two calls.

You can switch packages until then. Switching up costs the difference in price. If you switch down, your first half carries over, and anything above the new package's price comes back to you. After that call, the package is set.

The signed contract governs, and our terms put the rules in plain words. If you ever decide to go it alone, we move everything to you or anyone you choose.

What we need from you before the build starts

The Two Scoops Web build starts the day you approve the written draft of your words, which we write up from a recorded video call and a short form.

You talk about your work for about 30 minutes. Coverage gets two calls. The short form takes the basics: hours, prices, service area, certifications and social profiles. If your current site already has words you like, those count too.

Then you read the draft and say yes. From there it's two to three weeks for Discovery and Publisher, and four to five for Coverage. On Custom, the timeline is in the build plan.

Two rounds of changes are included, one list each, then $150 a round. The time you take to send a list doesn't count toward those weeks. Missing photos never hold up the build.

The form is back at the top of this page. It takes a few minutes, and we'll reply by email to set up a video call.
